Vignettes of Change
Trevor Dahm describes himself as an explorer, photographer, and storyteller from the Yuba-Sutter area. He grew up in Olivehurst, California and studied at California State University Sacramento, graduating in 2024. Trevor has spent his time as an artist reflecting on change in urban landscapes. Growing up in the small town means he has an eye for the odd or the unmistakably unique.
Trevor Dahm’s work focuses on imagining industrial, urban, and rural landscapes bridging the complex ideas behind degradation, and development. Focusing on time and periods of industrialization within California, what is left behind is a core theme of his work. His most recent work represents four vignettes of change, all photographed in the greater Yuba-Sutter area. His work can be found at @dahm.photo on social media and his website.
